The information in this vault is exclusive property of Diamedix Corporation. It is to be maintained as confidential and used for the exclusive benefit of the Company. Accordingly, I shall not, at any time, either during or subsequent to my employment, use any of the confidential information, except in the performance of services for the Company. I will not disclose any confidential information to any person without the prior written consent of the Company.
If I commit a breach or threaten to commit a breach of this agreement, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have the provisions of this agreement specifically enforced by any court having equity jurisdiction, as I acknowledge that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the Company and that monetary damages will not provide an adequate remedy to the Company.
I also acknowledge that this agreement is an extension of and includes all provisions as details in the Confidentiality Agreement I signed upon my being hired as an employee of Diamedix Corporation.
